I’ve always had a strong DIY approach, so I learned by doing—developing ingredient-forward traditional vegan Malay dishes because there was simply no other option that matched my values.
I’m meticulous about the details
In my creations you’ll find my obsessions and my defects—the part of me that is highly organized, that believes there’s no time to waste, and that uses structure to make space for joy at the table.
